MELBA ELAINE PEPPERS

Melba Elaine Peppers was born on September 27, 1957, in the state of Virginia. She passed away on November 30, 2023, after a very sudden decline in her health. She was only 66 years of age.  Melba was a loving Daughter, Mother and Grandmother. She was known for her enchanting smile and a kind word to everyone that she met. Even though she is gone, she left a legacy of her love and perseverance. The ways she touched our lives will remain, and I ask you to keep those memories alive by sharing them with me and with one another.

She is survived by her children, Reuben II and Octavia. Her Mother and Father, Ethel and Otis Powell and her sister, Leslie Powell. She has five Grandchildren: Daysia, Derek, Joshua, Dayna and Michael.
