Mack Carter was born February 27, 1952 to the late Mrs. Ruth Washington and Mr. Mack Carter Sr. Robert Lee Washington He Grew up in Burke County, Georgia with his father Mack Sr after the Passing of his mother at the age 5-year-old.

He enjoys life outdoors fishing, hanging out with family, singing and music. He started playing the guitar at the age of 17 years old.  He changed his name  At the age of 18 to Mack Carter III. To know Mack was to knowA praying man, that was loyal to the call of serving GOD, trusting him, giving GOD all the glory and praise no matter what the storm was. Deacon Mack Carter was a faithful servant to the house of God. From El Bethel, Bethel Christ Temple, New Hope, Huldah and Riverside.

He proceeds in death with his daughter Cassie Star Jones, and his mother, and his siblings.

Mack Carter leaves to cherish his Family;  his father Mr. Mack Carter Sr of and Mrs. Helen Carter of Waynesboro,GA.  A devoted wife and children Mrs. Eddie Atwell Carter (Hephzibah, GA) six daughters Yalanda Lynch, Ivy Chance, Kendra Mitchell, Yvette Jones, (caregiver) Trinette Dunn, and Sherry Carter. He leaves 2 sons Dweldon Walker and Jeffrey Walker. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, godchildren, nieces, nephews. Son-in-laws, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
